Ruchi Dubey Sharma, JRF, Department of Chemistry, Barkatullah University Institute of Technology, Barkatullah University, Bhopal has been awarded with first prize for her oral presentation entitled, “Application of Disposable Chemo sensor for Quantitative Determination of Cadmium; Paptode replacing Optodes” in the National Seminar on “Recent Trends in Chemical and Biological Sciences” organized by Holkar Science College, Indore from 13 to 15 January in chemical science section. She is working on a project funded by MPCST, Bhopal under the guidance of her Principal Investigator project and Research Guide, Dr. Sulbha Amlathe.

The Director of the institute, Dr. D. C. Gupta bestowed appreciation and encouraged to continue the same in future.
